I'm sure you're wondering how we ended up in Lisbon  (dont worry this story ends with a very satisfied customer).  Well this story began late last year when one of our customers ordered a Cambridge Futon Sofabed.  Our customer lived over 200 miles away from our showroom and was a tad bit anxious about ordering a futon online . Additionally she specified that she wanted a neutral fabric finished with the Georgian Mahogany wood stain.  Thankfully with our wide range of fabrics and wood stains we were able to custom build a futon sofa bed that matched her exact needs. The customer asked if we could drop and build the futon, on this occasion we were able to deliver on this request.  We sent Andrew for the job at hand .

Andrew exceeded all expectations by not only assembling the futon sofa bed but in giving on hand instruction on how switch from sofa to bed. This put our customer’s mind at rest knowing that the futon was assembled correctly, which was one of her main concerns. She was over the moon about the experience and described the futon sofabed as “amazing”.

Early this year the same customer got in touch and she wanted to purchase another futon , however on this case the sofa bed wouldn't be travelling 200 miles but instead 1600 miles to Lisbon.  She loved our product that much that she was willing to buy the same futon sofa bed for her flat in Lisbon. Furthermore she was so delighted with the previous service that she was willing to pay for flights and accommodation for Andrew.  Our customer organised a chauffeur to pick Andrew up from the airport , Antonio the driver would also take andrew to the flat so he could assemble the futon sofa bed. After business was done Andrew ,his friend Jacob and Antonio had few beers to celebrate occasion.
